Not happy? We will make it right.

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help and will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will organise a return or refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement within 3 to 5 business days.

Contact us first
Email or message us with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send anything back before hearing from us.

We approve your return
We will review your request and confirm the return within 1 to 2 business days along with return instructions.

Send it back
Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using tracked postage so you have proof of return.

Refund or replacement processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Faulty or incorrect items will always be refunded or replaced at no cost to you
  • We will never leave you out of pocket for our mistake
  • All returns are handled by a real person, not an automated system
  • We aim to resolve every return within 5 business days of receiving your item
Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will cover the return shipping cost. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
